Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all SALT MURPHY tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, unwashed condition.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
